You are responsible for the payment of all services rendered. I will bill your insurance provider, but you are responsible for any costs not covered, including deductibles and copayments. Payments are due at the time of service via the client portal or other accepted methods.
04
Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy

05
Client Communication Policy
Communication outside of sessions is primarily for scheduling and administrative needs. I do not engage in clinical discussions or provide therapeutic interventions via email or text. You can expect a response to administrative inquiries within 24 business hours.

Strong as Stone Counseling is an outpatient practice and does not provide 24/7 crisis or emergency services. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, you must contact 911, go to the nearest emergency room, or call the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
